Returns and refunds are accepted only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards. We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.

To request a return or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@equalrootscoffee.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
