Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier and are estimates only.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Destinations, rates, and free shipping

We ship to street addresses within the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.

For orders up to 10 lb shipping weight, standard shipping is $5.99 in the standard area, or $7.99 to California and Oregon. Eligible orders of $45 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping in the standard area up to 10 lb. California and Oregon are excluded from free shipping. Heavier orders use bulk shipping tiers; orders over 70 lb require a quote.
