Origin & Process:

Grown at elevations of 1,600–1,800 meters in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This single origin lot is produced by smallholder farmers and fully washed, then dried on raised beds and patios. The region’s dry climate and high altitude contribute to the coffee’s clarity, balance, and gentle acidity.

Best Roast Range:

This coffee performs beautifully as a medium roast but holds up well in both light and medium-dark profiles.

Light brings out subtle fruit and floral notes with a honey-like sweetness.

Medium enhances the chocolate, body, and warmth, making it perfect for everyday sipping.
