Harvested in the highlands of Comayagua (1,250–1,450m) by a network of smallholder farmers, this coffee is grown using certified organic practices that prioritize soil health, clean water, and long-term sustainability. The beans are washed and sun-dried, highlighting natural sweetness and clarity in every roast. 

Best Roast Range:

Performs well across a range of roast levels, but particularly shines at medium to medium-dark. This range preserves its rich chocolate and molasses base while allowing subtle fruit and spice notes to come through.

Choose medium if you like a more balanced cup with layered complexity.

Choose dark if you prefer a bolder, richer profile with extra depth.
